Church Street – Buckden
This 17th century farmhouse was converted into 3 separate dwellings in the 19th Century, our work here has been to return the unhabitable dwellings back into one family home.
Working closely with conservation this 2 storey Grade II listed property has undergone a complete Restoration preserving features of architectural and historic significance. Rotten timbers on the gable end, stair turret and timber frame uprights were replaced or repaired while the original timbers were supported and suspended with structural steels to enable work to commence.
